Stop landing in spam

Most hosting providers treat email as a checkbox. They give you an account — they don't configure DMARC. They don't set PTR records. They put you on a shared IP with 2,000 other senders. The team behind FXRM has been running email infrastructure since 1992 — from Sendmail and Postfix to Zimbra, across every generation of the UK internet. We know what it takes to get into the inbox.

Start with a Domain Account

Every FXRM email setup begins with a Domain Account for your domain — DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and PTR configured correctly on your Zimbra infrastructure.

Why Zimbra?

Our team has run email infrastructure across every major platform — Sendmail, Postfix, Zarafa, Zimbra, and others. For our corporate email hosting platform we use Zimbra, because it's production-grade groupware software used by organisations where email failure is not an option. We run it on our own infrastructure — not as a managed SaaS reseller. When something breaks, we fix it ourselves. Shared hosting email runs on Postfix via Enhance, with the same care applied to deliverability configuration.

Moving from another provider?

Email migrations are our most common request. We handle IMAP-to-IMAP migration with zero message loss.

Common questions

Do you support catch-all email addresses?

Yes. A catch-all address receives any mail sent to an unrecognised address at your domain — useful for older contacts who have slightly misspelled your address, role-based addresses you haven't yet created, or subdomain routing. Be aware that catch-all addresses attract more spam than named mailboxes, so our layered spam filtering is particularly important when you enable one.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. All email plans include custom domain support with DKIM, DMARC, and SPF configured.

What webmail clients are available?

Zimbra's own webmail and Roundcube are both available.

Do I need a Domain Account before adding mailboxes?

Yes. The Domain Account sets up your domain on our Zimbra infrastructure with all DNS authentication records configured. Mailbox tiers are then added on top of it — one per mailbox.
